We are "GOOD" We are delighted to share that following our recent CQC inspection on 7th and 13th January 2026, Horton Cross Nursing Home has improved its overall rating from Requires Improvement to GOOD.This achievement reflects a year of hard work by our entire team to strengthen systems, improve documentation, raise standards and, most importantly, enhance the quality of care for our residents.Registered Manager Elena-Luminita Porancea said:
“I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved over the last year. Not only did the Home receive a ‘GOOD’ rating. Together we have worked hard to strengthen our systems, improve documentation, raise standards, and most importantly improved the quality of care for our residents.” Thank you to our dedicated staff, wonderful residents and supportive families who made this possible.
